The 2nd phase of mixed use condos are for sale.  These are the units being built above business locations on Fashion Drive.  

This is the largest mixed-use and retail center in all of SW FL!  The Town Center will include three distinct shopping districts:  The Village, The Lakefront and The Market.

Rapallo is in the North Village of Coconut Point, a 488-acre mixed-use development, which will have a 240,000 square foot lifestyle shopping center at the corner of U.S. 41 and Williams Road. About 900 feet south of Rapallo on the other side of a preserve, is the Simon Groups 1,400,000 square foot open air pedestrian-style shopping center with its “Main Street” featuring Dillards, Movico, Barnes and Noble, and 100 specialty stores. The shopping center’s “Lakefront” area will be boutiques and restaurants, and the Community Center will be “big box” stores all in Mediterranean-style architecture design.

THE LAKEFRONT: Outside entertainment locations, Restaurants, A boardwalk surrounding a large lake.

THE MARKET: 40 Retail stores, Well-known National Retailers, Casual Dining Locations.

This provides a view of what regional shopping malls will be like in the future.  Rapallo includes outdoor shopping, big name "benchmark" retailers, and well known retail department stores.  

 Estereo is being recognized as the new commercial hub for both Lee and Collier counties.
